The resort
Maradiva Villas Resort & Spa is an all-villa property on the west coast of Mauritius, near Flic en Flac, spread over 24 acres of native planting with 750 metres of beach. Every villa has its own heated pool, and the recently renovated interiors work in earthy tones, natural woods, hammered bronze and woven textiles. Dining runs from an all-day gourmet restaurant to Indian, Japanese and beach-grill venues, with a spa, kitchen garden and watersports boathouse on site.

The all-day restaurant, under a double-height wooden ceiling and surrounded by trees with wide Indian Ocean views. The signature a la carte menu is built on fish landed daily and tender meats, finished with herbs and vegetables picked from the resort's kitchen garden. A private dining room is available for breakfast, lunch, dinner or events.
An evening-only fusion restaurant and lounge combining Indian design, live entertainment and reworked Indian flavours. The cooking draws mainly on North Indian traditions while borrowing from other regions.
