About Roshani
Roshani is the private dining room on the third floor of Emerson on Hurumzi, named for a nineteenth-century Zanzibar mansion style once reserved for high tea, music and conversation. Up to fifteen guests sit on cushions at low tables for a reserved three-course evening, while musicians from the Dhow Countries Music Academy play traditional Taarab songs. Lunch is also served through the afternoon.
