ColomBar is a vibrant bar that offers an experience of island life, featuring a collection of over 100 varieties of arrack and local brews. The bar serves authentic Sri Lankan cuisine, with signature items including the Thambapanni Crab Curry and a signature drink made of local arrack, cinnamon, and tea served in a lantharuma. The bar is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays, except for take-out. It is open Wednesday, Thursday, and Sunday from 5:00 PM to 12:00 AM, and Friday and Saturday from 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM. Note that the bar is closed on all Poya days. Reservations can be made by phone. The menu includes various bites such as Ceylon Mixed Grilled, Hot Butter Cuttlefish, and various Kottu Rotti options, providing a comprehensive taste of local flavours.
