You only do this once, with no login and nothing to install. It can read our catalogue but cannot book or change anything.
- On claude.ai or in the Claude desktop app, open Settings, then Connectors, and choose Add custom connector.
- Paste the address and leave the login fields empty.
- Start a new chat and switch the connector on under + and Connectors. If Claude asks to display the cards, choose Allow.
On Team and Enterprise plans, an owner adds the connector first. Menu names can change between versions.

The skill teaches Claude to run a whole trip through these tools: which one to ask, in what order, and what it can't tell you.
- Connect Resortlife first. The skill uses it for every fact.
- In Claude, open Customize, then Skills. Choose +, then Create skill, then Upload a skill, and pick the ZIP. Code execution has to be on.
- For Claude Code, unzip it into ~/.claude/skills/ instead.
