Fannu Inn is a small guesthouse on Fuvahmulah, the single inhabited island that makes up Gnaviyani Atoll in the southern Maldives. Unlike most Maldivian atolls, which contain dozens of low-lying islets around a central lagoon, Gnaviyani is a single-island atoll, with Fuvahmulah itself measuring roughly four kilometres long. The island has become a focal point for divers seeking reliable encounters with tiger sharks, thresher sharks, oceanic mantas, and pelagic species that cluster around its steep drop-off reefs, which fall from the island shore directly into open ocean. Fannu Inn operates at the scale of a local-island guesthouse, with a small number of air-conditioned rooms, en-suite bathrooms, and basic in-room amenities. Meals can be arranged on site and typically include local Maldivian rice dishes, curries, and grilled reef fish. Most guests use the inn as a base for structured dive charters with Fuvahmulah-based operators; the front desk can coordinate transfers to dive centres, transport around the island, and airport pickups. Access to Fuvahmulah is by domestic flight from Velana International Airport to Fuvahmulah Airport, with a flight time of around 90 minutes.
