Boutique Beach is a small diving-focused guesthouse on the inhabited local island of Dhigurah in South Ari Atoll. Access is via a 17-minute domestic flight from Velana International Airport to Maamigili, followed by a roughly 15-minute boat transfer. The property has seven guestrooms, each using a blue-and-white palette with underwater imagery, air conditioning, large beds, open-air rain showers and a personal camera workshop station for divers processing their own gear. The operation is designed around scuba diving and snorkelling, with small dive groups capped at around four to five divers per guide and a house specialisation in marine-life spotting across sites in South Ari, including whale shark and manta ray encounters that the team logs across the season. It runs as an all-inclusive hotel covering meals and most diving activities, with a family-friendly restaurant serving European cuisine alongside halal, vegan, gluten-free and dairy-free options, and evening programming that includes live music and themed dinner nights. The property was built and is operated by a British diver who relocated to Dhigurah, and the model reflects a dive-led guesthouse on a local inhabited island rather than a resort.
