Meyyafushi Maldives will host a week-long culinary residency featuring Michelin-starred French chef Nicolas Isnard from July 20 to 26, 2026. Known for his modern approach to traditional gastronomy, Chef Isnard will lead a series of bespoke dining events across the resort, situated in the pristine Lhaviyani Atoll.
The program includes two distinct five-course dinners: one hosted at the resort’s signature underwater restaurant, Bubble, and another featuring wine pairings at the overwater Raa Wine Cellar. Beyond these guest-facing events, Chef Isnard will engage in a knowledge exchange with the resident culinary team to refine the island's overall dining standards. This residency is part of the property’s broader initiative to integrate world-class gastronomic talent into its luxury all-inclusive offering.
