Kandolhu Maldives will host Executive Chef Fabrizio Zanetti this October for a series of exclusive dining events at the North Ari Atoll sanctuary. The Swiss culinary expert, currently leading the kitchen at St. Moritz’s prestigious Suvretta House, brings a decorated background featuring Michelin-starred experience and a Gault-Millau Rising Star of the Year title.
The residency commences on 14 October with a three-course lunch at The Market. Subsequent events include a four-course dinner on 17 October and a five-course wine-paired dinner on 21 October, both held at the resort’s Olive Restaurant. Each evening at Olive is limited to twenty-two guests, ensuring an intimate environment for diners to engage with the chef. These sessions highlight Zanetti’s signature approach, which blends French techniques with Swiss and German influences. Guests attending the evening events will have the opportunity to meet the chef personally before enjoying their meal against the backdrop of the Indian Ocean.
