About Wine Cellar

The Wine Cellar is located inside Roma, the resort's Mediterranean restaurant. It is where the resort hosts wine tastings, wine pairings and cheese and wine nights, with a resident sommelier on hand to pour a glass and recommend a bottle to match a celebration.

A wine pairing dinner runs from 18:30 to 22:00 and the Wine Academy from 18:00 to 19:00. Reservations are required and the dress code is smart casual.

Our wine cellar is located inside Roma, our Mediterranean gem. It’s where we host wine tastings, wine pairings, cheese and wine nights… Essentially everything that has to do with wine. Our resident sommelier is on hand to pour you the perfect glass and recommend a bottle to match your celebration.
