About Sangkar
The all-day restaurant sits at the highest point of the cliff edge, its terrace opening onto wide Indian Ocean views. The dining room takes its name from the sculptural Balinese rooster cages hung as light pendants, set against a commissioned teak and copper-nail artwork by Made Wianta.
