Dhigurah Beyru is an outer-reef wall dive along the ocean side of Dhigurah island in South Ari Atoll, where the reef slopes from the surface to about 10 m before steepening into a wall with small overhangs that continues past 40 m. It lies within the South Ari Marine Protected Area and is a prime year-round whale-shark zone, with reef fish and pelagics running along the reef and into the blue. Boat traffic from whale-shark searching is heavy, so an SMB is recommended; calmest seas and best visibility are usually December to May.
