Balance Wellness by Anantara is a holistic overwater spa sanctuary with 5 thatched treatment rooms and a dedicated relaxation garden featuring steam room, sauna and hot and cold plunge pools. A resident Ayurvedic doctor consults with guests and tailors treatments to their dosha. Daily sunrise and sunset yoga, beach meditation and fitness classes included. Glass floors in treatment suites reveal puffer fish, stingrays and baby reef sharks swimming below.
