Fairmont Maldives Sirru Fen Fushi is a private-island resort in Shaviyani Atoll, with a villa inventory of around 120 units. The island name translates locally as secret water island, a reference to the large sheltered lagoon that surrounds the property. Transfers from Velana International Airport in Malé are by seaplane, with a scheduled flight time of approximately 55 minutes. The Water Villa category is set above the lagoon on stilts, connected by jetty to the main island, and typically includes a plunge pool, an oversized copper soaking tub, separate indoor and outdoor showers, a private sundeck, and direct lagoon access via steps from the deck. Beach and Tented Jungle Villas on the island itself complete the inventory, with the latter nested within the interior vegetation.
